GATHERING “WE ARE READY FOR TRANSFORMATION"

On March 18 2023, Interskala Group held a Gahtering at the Fortune Star Function Hall Pinangsia, Central Jakarta with the theme "WE ARE READY FOR TRANSFORMATION", this event was attended by all employees from all companies. The purpose of this Gathering event is to introduce and understand the transformation of each company that will be carried out as well as the objectives that are definitely different for each company. The importance of transformation in the business world is very influential in all fields and is the key for companies to survive because maintaining a company is certainly not easy, therefore it is not only company owners who are influential in this matter but all employees from each company are also influential and transform.

As you know, the meaning of transformation is a strategy and implementation to bring a company from its old form and system to a new form and system by adjusting all elements such as system, structure and culture with the aim of increasing effectiveness in a company. In transformation, these 3 things must be changed gradually so that the company's goals can be achieved gradually too. IS Group has several companies in different fields ranging from industry, healthcare, palm oil, construction, mining and banking which have different ways of transforming. This Gathering event was filled with the first speech given by Top Management, namely Mr. Jimmy. In his speech, he expressed the hope that in implementing this transformation, the goals of each line of the company would be achieved and the old system could be updated to the latest, more structured system, then the speech was continued by company representatives under IS.
